After almost 9 years Smat Web Design has decided to end our email hosting service. You need to move to a new email provider before December 2019.

Our Recommendation

We have two services we are recommending to our email customers. The biggest distinguishing factor between the two is how collaborative you need to be with your team. Both provide excellent email service, plus many other tools to use in your business.

G Suite

Google provides Enterprise versions of Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Meet.  All of Google's tools are cloud based, which makes collaboration very easy and fast. Sharing files, working on documents at the same time in your organization is very easy with G Suite.

The basic G Suite service includes 30 GB of storage per user and starts at $6 / user / month.

Office 365

Microsoft provides desktop, web and mobile software subscriptions for all your users. Because of this collaboration with others is more difficult. One Drive can be used to share business files.

The Office 365 Business Premium plan includes 50 GB of email storage and 1 TB of drive storage per user and starts at $12.50 / user /month.

What you need to do now?

  • Please select a new email provider.
  • Then contact us to get the ball rolling. We will help move your email from our mail server to your new provider.

Question: How can I access my email account?
Answer: Our web based email client can be reached at https://webmail.smatwebdesign.com

Question: How can I change my password?
Answer: Logon to your email account at https://webmail.smatwebdesign.com and click Settings in the upper right hand corner, then choose Change Password.

Question: How do I create a signature for my emails?
Answer: You can set a signature by:

  • Click Settings
  • Choose Identities from left hand pane
  • Choose your Identity from the middle pane
  • Edit the Signature field in the right pane
  • Save your changes

Email Ports/General Settings

Email SPAM filter Opt-Out

All incoming email is evaluated using our SPAM filter. Email that scores high will be saved to your SPAM folder. If you wish to have ALL your incoming email delivered to your INBOX, please contact us to request this change. Also if you use Microsoft Outlook, Outlook will not show you the SPAM folder, and you may wish to have your email set to your INBOX in this case.
