Outlook email configuration

The below information can be used to manually configure your Outlook Mail Client to connect to our e-mail server.

1. Beginning at the Account Settings screen, choose to Add a New e-Mail Account
   • Enter Your Name as you'd like it to appear in your e-mail address.
   • Enter your e-mail address
   • Enter your password
   • Choose to manually configure Server settings
2. Click Next and choose Internet E-Mail, click Next
3. Under Server Information
   • Unencrypted e-mail Settings
     • Incoming Server: i5.smatwebdesign.com
     • Outgoing Server: i5.smatwebdesign.com
4. Under Login Information fill in your e-mail address as the Username and give your password
5. Click the More Settings button
   • Outgoing Server tab
     • Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication checkbox
     • Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server
   • Advanced tab
     • Incoming Server (POP3): 995
     • Incoming Server (IMAP): 993
     • Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
       • Use the following type of encrypted connection SSL
6. Click the OK button to return to the Create Account page
7. Click Test Account Settings to check if it works
8. Click Next and Finish to save the new e-mail account
